Some questions to think about:
Local profiles — Will this page appear in the popup, or will clicking on the user's name simply redirect to the page?
Localized notifications — I wouldn't mind being able to change the subject either ;)
A page was %m at your favourite website by %u! It's called %t!
becomes A page was created at your favourite website by leiger! It's called My page!
The ability to disable custom signatures on users' comments — This can already be done with CSS, but I suppose it'd be good thing to add it to the Site Manager.
How about per-site signatures? Perhaps a [[module ModifySignature]] that can go on the user pages?
