Wikidot services have been unavailable during the last hour today, between 17.30 and 18.20 UTC. The problems have been caused by some disks going down at our datacenter. I will post more details later on. We are still working on improving performance because Wikidot still operates on reduced number of servers.

UPDATE (19.26 UTC): Wikidot seems to be running at full speed despite large portion of Amazon Web Services being down. We will keep monitoring the situation.

UPDATE (20.15 UTC): Situation is stable. We will recover remaining parts of Wikidot.com tomorrow. It is good to have redundancy on multiple levels :-)

UPDATE (6.29 UTC, the next day): It looks like AWS, our cloud provider, was experiencing serious issues yesterday. Several other web services that depend on Amazon were affected. See http://status.aws.amazon.com

Best regards,
Michał
