Not a huge thing, but we pushed some changes into production that makes email invitations work a little better. Thanks to DaveC for suggesting these.

In detail (there is not a lot), successful invites are removed from the list. We also improved the email that gets sent out, using a proposal made by DaveC's. There are a couple more improvements to the email invitation manager that we'll make later.

We are also preparing and testing a new release, which starts to implement our new policy, and I'll have news of that when it lands.
