I think I might redisgn the black belt site, so that you can start with a white belt, then move up to the wiki dojo master. I think that would be great, and would provide a new way to analyze used activeness, and hand out account options, like pro users for gurus, when you did the trial.l
Why don't we make this into another template site? Instead of editing the Black Belt site, make a whole new template that has one general task: the ability to award someone, from a group of people, for doing something great. It wouldn't be specifically targeted towards Wikidot, but something like a school or community group.
And there should be multiple modes available (person that clones the site chooses one and uses that mode)
Another project for people to work on! :)

Great idea! Note that Kenneth Tsang already built something along these lines, for rewarding users by awarding badges. Don't have the address at hand but this was one of the ideas behind the black belt site and maybe his work is worth look at.
Perhaps 'award' is better than 'reward'… :-)
