The millionth user id is not quite the same as a million registered users because people leave and the spam filter removes a lot. This is the first time as far as I can tell that Wikidot has passed the million people mark.

Ah, yes! That's why the date was confusing :P Turns out Wikidot has over 340,000 deleted users… At the time of the blog post, the user ids were at around 1,347,XXX
